My favorite sport i s swimming. I love to go to swimming pool also I like to swim in the sea. Swimming can be considered as one of the most fun and effective exercise that people can use to get rid of extra kilos. There are two ways to swim faster: increase power, reduce water resistance. You must go one time in the week.
